Pre-ordering is not required, but it is encouraged. Our lab will bulk ship pre-orders to school without charging the parents postage. Students who do not pre-order will receive a proof card when the pre-orders arrive. The proof cards will have online instructions and a personal passcode used to log in. Orders placed from the proof card will ship to the home address. Postage will be charged.
Pre-Orders: The pre-order code is located on the picture flyer. Reorders/Late Orders: The Image Locator Number is the access code. It can be found on the label of your packaging envelope and on the proof card.
The school will inform the students of the retake date. Students who would like to be re-photographed will bring their original picture package to school to give to the photographer. The package and background choice are listed on the label of the packaging envelope. Retake day photos are used in the yearbook and on class composites. The original photo will no longer be available. Absentees: Students who were absent on the original picture day should inform their teacher that they need to be called to the camera on retake day. Picture forms will be available at school. You may pre-order online, by envelope, or you may wait to order online from the proof card.
Class composites are spring delivery products. We add retake and new students, and proof copies are then sent to school for approval before making the final prints.
Complete the refund information on the back of the packaging envelope and mail the entire portrait package back to us.
Late orders do not go into production at the same time as pre-orders. Late orders will ship to school approximately three weeks after the first shipment arrives.

Randy and Gayle started this company to offer a more customer-focused, personalized experience. Their sons, Caleb and Evan joined the family tradition soon after, bringing fresh ideas and technological advancements to ensure every school gets the best possible service.
